Sir Keir Starmer is expected to urge allies to deliver Ukraine with further advanced missile systems to strike Moscow's positions during talks in the UK capital on Friday.

The prime minister plans to receive Ukrainian President the Ukrainian head of state alongside what's known as "alliance of supportive nations", consisting of over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have committed to provide the Ukrainian government security guarantees once a ceasefire is negotiated.
